Filing a Copyright Takedown Notice

Your notice must include:
- Your full legal name and, if applicable, the name of the copyright owner you represent.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on apkrosh.com where the material you claim is infringing is located.
- Your contact information (email address and, optionally, phone number and mailing address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review every valid notice and act on it promptly — in most cases the identified content or links are removed within 48 hours of receiving a complete notice. Notices that are incomplete or do not identify the material clearly may take longer to process.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in error or you believe you had the legal right to use it, you may send a counter-notification to apkyoyo73@gmail.com containing your name and contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts. Removed material may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notification is received, unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, ApkRosh will remove content and restrict access for repeat infringers.
